Terms of Service

1. What Siddani is

Siddani is a portfolio analytics and journaling platform with optional trade-automation features ("Pilot"). We aggregate your own trading data from exchanges and MetaTrader terminals through read-only connections that you authorize. Siddani is software, not a broker, not an investment adviser, and not a fund manager.

2. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address and verify it before using connected features.
• You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for enabling two-factor authentication.
• One person, one account — automated bulk registration is prohibited.

3. API keys & connections

Exchange and broker connections require read-only API keys. We strongly recommend — and verify where possible — that withdrawal permissions remain disabled on every key you store with us. Keys are sealed with envelope encryption and are never displayed in full after being saved. You can revoke any connection at any time; revocation takes effect immediately.

4. Acceptable use

• No scraping, reselling, or repackaging of Siddani data or access.
• No attempts to circumvent rate limits, plan limits, or authentication.
• No use of the platform for market manipulation, money laundering, or any illegal activity.

5. Subscriptions & payment

Paid plans (Pro, Pilot) are billed per the period displayed at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction.

6. No investment advice

Everything Siddani produces — analytics, metrics, AI summaries, agent signals — is informational output generated from your own data. It is not investment advice, not a recommendation, and not a solicitation. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions.

7. Automation ("Pilot")

The Pilot agent runs in paper mode until you explicitly arm live execution. When armed, it places orders on your connected venue according to your configured rules. You remain fully responsible for configuration, monitoring, and outcomes. Automated systems can lose money quickly; test in paper mode first.

8. Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change; material changes to these terms will be announced in-app and by email at least 14 days before taking effect.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Siddani Labs is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, exchange outages, or indirect damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the account center. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
